<p>Getrocknete Kasslerstreifen sind ein würziger Genuss, der nicht nur Liebhaber von Fleischsnacks begeistert, sondern auch den perfekten Begleiter für unterwegs bietet. Mit einem Dörrautomaten und etwas Geduld lässt sich dieses proteinreiche Highlight ganz einfach selbst herstellen. </p>



<p>Schneide dazu Kassler in dünne Streifen und lass sie 15 Stunden bei 70 Grad trocknen. Das Ergebnis ist ein intensiver, leicht rauchiger Geschmack, der die Mühe wert ist. Der Prozess entzieht dem Fleisch das Wasser und macht es haltbar, während die Aromen konzentriert werden.</p>
