<p>Ein leckerer frischer Genuss, verfeinert zur Weihnachtszeit mit Nelkenpulver, Zimt und Kardamom.</p>

<p>Von drei Eiern das Eiweiß steif schlagen.</p>



<p>Das Eigelb mit 100g Zucker, einer Packung Vanillezucker und drei Esslöffel Wasser verrühren.</p>



<p>Zur Eigelbmasse 75g Mehl und 1 Teelöffel Backpulver hinzufügen.</p>



<p>Im Anschluss das steife Eiweiß unterheben.</p>



<p>Bei 150 Grad (Umluft) ca. 25 Minuten backen.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Apfeldecke</h3>



<p>Ein großes Glas Apfelmus erwärmen. Zwei Päckchen Vanillepudding, 100g Butter, ein Päckchen Galantine (Pulver) und optional 2 Schnapsgläser Eierlikör hinzugeben. Alles verrühren und heiß werden lassen, jedoch nicht zum kochen bringen. Für den weihnachtlichen Zauber etwas mit Nelkenpulver, Zimt und Kardamom abschmecken.</p>



<p>Die Apfelmasse auf den erkalteten Boden verteilen und kalt stellen.</p>

<p>Vor dem Verzehr noch ein bis zwei Becher Sahne schlagen und auf die Apfelmasse verteilen. Nach belieben mit Schokostreusel garnieren.</p>
