<p>Wenn der Junior hungrig aus der Schule kommt und man selbst noch mitten im Homeoffice steckt, muss es schnell gehen. Ein unkompliziertes, leckeres Mittagessen ist da die beste Lösung. Mit der Heißluftfritteuse gelingt das im Handumdrehen – einfach reinlegen, anschalten (200 Grad) und wenige Minuten (ca. 12) später steht das Essen auf dem Tisch. </p>



<p>Dazu passt gedämpftes Gemüse mit Kartoffeln (die brauchen ca. 20 Minuten), was sich fast von selbst kocht. Kein großer Aufwand, kaum Abwasch und trotzdem eine warme, sättigende Mahlzeit.</p>

<p>Während das Essen gart, kann man noch schnell eine Mail beantworten oder ein Meeting vorbereiten. Sobald alles fertig ist, bleibt endlich eine kleine Pause zum Durchatmen. Perfekt für stressige Tage, an denen weder Zeit noch Nerven für aufwendiges Kochen übrig sind. Einfach, schnell und lecker – genau das, was man braucht, wenn Alltag und Hunger gleichzeitig anklopfen.</p>
