<p><strong>Zubereitung:</strong></p>

<li><strong>Butter schmelzen:</strong><br>In einem Topf die Butter bei mittlerer Hitze schmelzen lassen.</li>



<li><strong>Jalapeños anbraten</strong></li>



<li><strong>Mehl einrühren:</strong><br>Das Mehl einstreuen und mit einem Schneebesen verrühren, sodass eine glatte Mehlschwitze entsteht. Etwa 1–2 Minuten leicht anrösten, damit der Mehlgeschmack verschwindet.</li>



<li><strong>Milch hinzufügen:</strong><br>Die Milch langsam unter ständigem Rühren hinzufügen, um Klümpchen zu vermeiden. Die Mischung leicht aufkochen lassen, bis sie eine cremige Konsistenz erreicht.</li>



<li><strong>Käse schmelzen:</strong><br>Den geriebenen Cheddar-Käse portionsweise einrühren, bis er vollständig geschmolzen ist und die Sauce schön cremig ist.</li>



<li><strong>Würze einrühren:</strong><br>Die Würze, z.B: <a href="https://amzn.to/3Zyqf4e" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Magic Dust</a> *, hinzufügen. Gut verrühren und je nach gewünschter Schärfe abschmecken.</li>



<li><strong>Servieren:</strong><br>Die Sauce warm servieren, z. B. zu Nachos, Pommes, Burgern oder Hot Dogs.</li>
</ol>



<p><strong>Tipp:</strong><br>Falls die Sauce zu dick wird, kann man sie mit etwas Milch oder Sahne verdünnen. Für zusätzliche Würze können optional noch Gewürze wie Knoblauchpulver, Paprika oder Chilipulver hinzugefügt werden.</p>
