<p>Ein leckeres Rezept für Zwiebelbrot bei <a href="https://www.chefkoch.de/rezepte/517131147874728/Zwiebelbrot.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Chefkoch.de</a> entdeckt und gleich mal ausprobiert. Außergewöhnlich war, dass kein Wasser zur Anwendung kam, sondern Magerquark. Das Verrühren war etwas anstrengender, als wie ich es sonst von anderen Brotrezepten gewöhnt war.</p>

<p>500g Mehl, 500g Magerquark, zwei Teelöffel Salz, eine Packung Backpulver, zwei Eier und 100g Röstzwiebeln.</p>

<p>Erst Mehl, Backpulver und Salz verrühren und danach die restlichen Zutaten hinzugeben. Die Backangaben waren für 190 Grad bei Ober-/ und Unterhitze ausgelegt. Leider nutze ich die Umluftfunktion mit geringerer Temperatur. Mein Zwiebelbor war mittig innen nicht ganz durch und wanderte nochmals in den Ofen.</p>
