<p>Heute Abend habe ich mir mal was richtig Feines gegönnt. Auf dem Menü standen Forelle, Möhrchen und ein ofenfrisches Brötchen. Klingt doch schon mal vielversprechend, oder?</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Die Forelle: Einfach, aber genial</strong></h4>



<p>Ich liebe Forelle, vor allem, wenn sie so herrlich frisch und aromatisch daherkommt. Gefüllt mit Zitronenscheiben, Dill und Petersilie war sie ein echtes Highlight. Die Kombi aus der frischen Zitrone und den Kräutern ist wirklich unschlagbar – so simpel, aber so gut. Dank dem <a href="https://amzn.to/3kjMTwl" target="_blank" rel="noopener">OptiGrill XXL</a>* war das Ganze auch null Stress. Fisch drauf, Programm starten und warten, bis der Piepton die perfekte Garzeit verkündet. Ergebnis? Zart und saftig innen, leicht kross außen – genauso, wie es sein soll.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Der Salat: Frisch und knackig</strong></h4>



<p>Dazu hab ich mir einen Wintersalat von Lidl geschnappt. Schön bunt und knackig, genau das Richtige für die kalte Jahreszeit. Das Dressing war schnell zusammengerührt: ein bisschen Apfelessig, Rapsöl, ein Klecks Senf, Honig, Salz und Pfeffer – fertig. Ich mag’s, wenn das Dressing schön ausbalanciert ist: nicht zu sauer, nicht zu süß, sondern genau richtig. Hat perfekt zu den frischen Salatblättern gepasst.</p>
