<p>Heute Abend habe ich mir mal was richtig Feines gegönnt. Auf dem Menü standen Forelle, Möhrchen und ein ofenfrisches Brötchen. Klingt doch schon mal vielversprechend, oder?</p>



<p>Also, ich habe zuerst das Brötchen und die Möhrchen auf den Optigrill gelegt. Die Möhrchen habe ich ein wenig mit Butter und einem Hauch Honig eingepinselt, bevor sie auf den Grill kamen. Während die Möhrchen und das Brötchen vor sich hin brutzelten, habe ich die Forelle vorbereitet: schön mit Zitronenscheiben und ein paar ordentlichen Knoblauchzehen gefüllt. Ein bisschen Salz und Pfeffer dazu, und das gute Stück war bereit für den Grill.</p>

<p>Als die Möhrchen schön karamellisiert und das Brötchen knusprig waren, habe ich sie vom Grill genommen und die Forelle aufgelegt. Der Duft von Zitrone und Knoblauch, der sich beim Grillen verbreitete, war einfach unwiderstehlich.</p>



<p>Als dann alles fertig war, habe ich mir den Teller vollgeladen und mich an den Tisch gesetzt. Die Forelle war perfekt: saftig, aromatisch und genau richtig gegart. Die Zitronen- und Knoblauchnoten haben das Ganze wunderbar abgerundet. Die süßlichen Möhrchen und das knusprige Brötchen dazu – ein Traum!</p>
