<p>Am 29. September 2024 habe ich eine aromatische Tomatensuppe nach <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@SelbstversorgerRigotti" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Rigotti Art</a> eingekocht. Mit frischen Tomaten direkt aus dem Gewächshaus und sorgfältig abgestimmten Gewürzen entstand ein Wintervorrat, der mich heute begeistert hat. </p>



<p>Die Suppe war herrlich intensiv im Geschmack und hat mich in Gedanken an den späten Sommer zurückversetzt. Es zeigt, wie wertvoll selbst eingekochte Lebensmittel sein können – nachhaltig, praktisch und einfach lecker!</p>



<p>Besonders beeindruckend fand ich, wie die natürlichen Aromen der frischen Zutaten auch nach Monaten im Glas erhalten geblieben sind. Das Einkochen ist für mich nicht nur eine Möglichkeit, Überschüsse zu verwerten, sondern auch ein Weg, Erinnerungen an sonnige Tage zu konservieren. </p>



<p>Jedes Glas ist wie ein kleiner Schatz, der in der kalten Jahreszeit Wärme und Genuss schenkt. Ich freue mich schon darauf, die restlichen Vorräte bei anderen Gelegenheiten zu genießen.</p>
