<p>Salat muss nicht immer viel Arbeit mit Schnippeln bedeuten. Ich kaufe mir oft die fertigen Salatmischung aus dem Kühlregal von REWE (beste Wahl). Schnappe mir das Knoblauchdressing und verfeinere den fast fertigen Salat mit Hirtenkäse Würfel, klein geschnittenen Zwiebeln und extra Knoblauch.</p>



<p>Letztens kam noch die spontane Idee, getrocknete Tomaten dazuzugeben. Ich war begeistert. Die meisten Tomaten aus dem Supermarkt sind eher fad nach meinem Geschmack. Aber diese waren kräftig und leicht süß. Einfach klasse.</p>
