A delicious onion bread recipe Chefkoch.de discovered and tried it right away. It was unusual that no water was used, but low-fat quark. Mixing was a little more strenuous than what I'm used to from other bread recipes.

Ingredients

500g flour, 500g low-fat quark, two teaspoons of salt, a pack of baking powder, two eggs and 100g fried onions.

First mix flour, baking powder and salt and then add the remaining ingredients. The baking specifications were designed for 190 degrees with top and bottom heat. Unfortunately, I use the recirculation function with a lower temperature. My onion broth was not quite through in the middle and went back into the oven.

But great taste!
