Since I tried it once, I no longer prepare my meatballs in the kitchen. It's so simple and ingenious. Simply place the ready-made meatballs on the OptiGrill and wait for the piper. Because then they are already ready to putty.

Prepare the patty dough

For about 10 large Bueleten I mixed a kg of ground beef with two red onions, two Knoofi cloves, two teaspoons of mustard, two eggs and breadcrumbs.

Seasoned with curry (not too much), lots of orgegano, paprika powder, salt and pepper. Optionally with capers and chilli.

I can't give any specifics, I'm just throwing it around. I'm a bit more careful with the curry, I just want to achieve a fine note.

And off you go to the OptiGrill

I then formed ten meatballs from the mass and placed them on the grill and lightly pressed the lid. As a program I chose the one for burgers.

Ready to eat after about 20 minutes

Depending on the size, the meatballs are ready in between 15 and 25 minutes. Slightly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Served with mashed potatoes and vegetables

As a side dish, there is nothing better for me than mashed potatoes and vegetables, depending on what we have in the house.
