<p>Die Akarna-Kratzdistel (Cirsium acarna) ist eine Distelart, die vor allem in trockenen, felsigen Gebieten der Mittelmeerregion vorkommt, insbesondere auf Kreta. Sie ist an raue Umweltbedingungen angepasst und wächst häufig an steinigen Hängen und in kargen Landschaften. </p>



<p>Mit ihren stacheligen Blättern und violetten Blütenköpfen ist sie gut an das mediterrane Klima angepasst. Auf Kreta spielt sie eine wichtige Rolle im Ökosystem, da sie bestäubende Insekten anzieht. </p>



<p>Allerdings ist sie durch Lebensraumverlust und andere Umweltveränderungen in manchen Regionen gefährdet.</p>
