Since my kitchen was still not ready to use, I had to use the gas grill for our dinner. Luckily it was equipped with a side burner, so I could also serve paela to the fish.
Out of necessity, this venture had turned out to be fun. It's easy to arbor to cook outside with a beer... er, grilling.
