My partner at the time discovered this great recipe at Chefkoch. Click here >>>

However, she refined the eggnog with vanilla and tonka beans. I myself wasn't that much of a fan of eggnog, but I was immediately drawn to this one, especially when it was still warm.

We had prepared it in Bosch cookit *. Beat the egg yolk at high speed with the twin whisk and then continue to stir slowly at speed 1-2 and heat the cookit to approx. 70 degrees.

After about 12 minutes, the eggnog is then ready to serve. 🙂 *hiccups*

Merry Christmas!

Eggnog according to GDR tradition

Since we plan to give most of it away for Christmas, we packed it in Christmas themed bottles Bottleland.de bottled.

Since only the yolk was used in the recipe, we had 20x egg whites left. But what to do with it?

My partner at the time then dug out a recipe for coconut macaroons from Chef.
