<p>Kein lästiges Braten, kein zusätzliches Fett, kein Essensgeruch in der Wohnung. Wie? Mit einem OptiGrill auf dem Balkon oder Terrasse.</p>



<p>Seitdem ich es einmal probierte, bereite ich meine Buletten nicht mehr in der Küche zu. Das ist so simple und genial. Einfach die vorgefertigten Buletten auf den OptiGrill legen und auf den Pipser warten. Denn dann sind sie schon ready zum verspachteln.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Den Bulettenteig vorbereiten</h4>



<p>Für etwa 10 große Bueleten habe ich ein Kg Hackfleisch mit zwei roten Zweibeln, zwei Knoofi-Zehen, zwei Teeflöffel Senf, zwei Eier und Semmelbrösel vermengt.</p>



<p>Gewürzt mit Curry (nicht zu viel), viel Orgegano, Paprikapulver, Salz und Pfeffer. Optional mal auch mit Kapern und Chilli.</p>



<p>Genaue Angaben kann ich gar nicht machen, ich streue einfach rüber. Nur mit dem Curry bin ich etwas vorsichtiger, ich möchte nur eine feine Note erzielen.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Und ab damit auf den OptiGrill</h4>



<p>Aus der Masse formte ich dann zehn Buletten und legte sie auf den Grill und drückte den Deckel leicht an. Als Programm wählte ich das für Burger.</p>
