The two tomcats, the true masters of cosiness, have found their paradise between my legs. As if they were holding a royal audience, they sleep relaxed, while occasionally waking themselves up for an extensive personal hygiene routine. Their whiskers twitch as they lovingly lick each other as if they were relaxing in a beauty salon.
While I try to get up and do my chores, they make it their mission to prevent me from leaving the place with their irresistible charm. Their purring engines are running at full speed and they are begging for more petting with big, googly eyes. It's as if they were telling me, "You can't leave, our throne is here, and we are the rulers of comfort!" I was caught between their warm company and the desire to fulfill my duties.
My two cats have definitely gotten the hang of how to attract attention and affection.
