Buldak Kimchi - Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen

On the Instagram channel butterflies the novel Buldak Kimchi Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen* (spicy chicken flavored ramen) posted with the comment that these noodles are really spicy. Since I'm usually not so blown away when food is supposed to be spicy, I really wanted to try these.

No sooner said than done and what can I say? It really is you.

Unfortunately, the writing for the preparation was very small, so I had to photograph it and enlarge it. Here again in normal font size and in German. 🙂

Preparation

Bring 600ml water to the boil, let the noodles bathe in it for 5 minutes. Then place the noodles in a sieve and collect the liquid. Mix the sauce and spices with five tablespoons and fold in the noodles.

Then you can already enjoy the spicy noodles.
