Hopefully it really is "Ordinary Laburnum". In any case, I couldn't find another suitable tree.

Laburnum: Anagram of Latin alburnum = white sapwood; "rain of gold"

other names: Gäli acacia (Switzerland), Baumbonen, bean tree, false ebony tree, German ebony tree, laburnum (Switzerland, East Frisia), Hosen and Schoontjes (East Frisia), clover tree and mark willows.

The common laburnum grows as a shrub or small tree and reaches a height of up to 7 meters. The green alternate leaves are 3-fingered, the petiole is densely pressed and hairy.

The yellow flowers are bilaterally symmetrical with five petals, they are arranged in pendulous racemes.
