<p>Heute war wieder ein wunderschöner Erntetag im Gewächshaus! Die Tomatenpflanzen haben ordentlich getragen – von den klassischen San Marzano über die exotische Ananas-Tomate bis hin zur süßen Gelben Birnentomate. </p>

<p>Dazu gab es jede Menge frische Kräuter wie Basilikum und Knoblauch, und auch die Chilis, wie die milden Anaheim und die hübsch gemusterten Purple Tiger, haben sich prächtig entwickelt. Einzig die Zwiebeln kamen aus dem Supermarkt, aber das machte die Suppe nicht weniger lecker.</p>

<p>Aus dieser Fülle ist eine herrlich aromatische Tomatensuppe entstanden, mit einer angenehmen Schärfe, die von den Chilis perfekt abgerundet wurde. Das Beste daran: Es war so viel Suppe, dass ich einen großen Teil einkochen konnte – ein köstlicher Vorrat für die kälteren Tage, um den Sommer noch lange schmecken zu können. 🍲✨</p>
