<p>Ich bin ein Buletten-Fan durch und durch. Aber unseren Fleischkonsum wollte ich eh mal ändern. Aber irgendwie fehlte mir beim Salat das Feste dazu. Durch Zufall stieß ich auf die Produkte von GreenForce. </p>



<p>Nein, ich wurde nicht dazu gezwungen oder gesponsort. Völlig freiwillig. Sogar meinem Sohn hatten sie geschmeckt und ich konnte noch nicht einmal welche am nächsten Tag mit zur Arbeit nehmen. Sie waren alle weggeputzt. 🙂 Frechheit!</p>

<p>Die Masse wird einfach mit etwas Wasser angerührt und kurz im Kühlschrank zwischengelagert.</p>



<p>Danach lassen sich die leckeren Buletten formen.</p>



<p>Ich hatte den subjektiven Eindruck, als ob es sich um ca. 500g Hackfleisch handelte.</p>

<p>Ganz ehrlich und ich möchte mich dafür nicht schämen… es ist ein wirklicher Ersatz, ohne jetzt zu wissen, ob es gesundheitlich unschädlich ist. </p>
